§ Privacy Policy

Your information, handled with care.

Effective May 19, 2026.

Who we are

Resolute Mobile Notary, LLC ("Resolute," "we," "us") is a notary public business based in Cobb County, Georgia, owned and operated by Monica Hubert. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website at resolutemobilenotary.com, how we use it, and what choices you have.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

  • Your full legal name
  • Your phone number and email address
  • The address where you'd like the notary appointment to take place
  • The type of document and number of signatures and witnesses needed
  • Any optional message or scheduling notes you choose to provide

Our website also uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page views in aggregate. Standard hosting infrastructure may log basic security and performance information (IP address, request path, user agent), which is typical of any site on the internet.

How we use it

  • To confirm appointment time and location with you
  • To send you a secure payment link for the 50% deposit
  • To reach you if anything about the appointment changes
  • To keep records of services provided, as required by Georgia notary law

That's it. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your information to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not run any advertising on the site.

Third-party processors

To run the site and respond to you, we work with a small set of third-party processors for hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and privacy-friendly analytics. These vendors process data only to perform their service for us and do not use it for their own purposes. If you'd like to know which specific vendors are involved in handling your information, ask us at any time and we'll tell you.

Cookies

This site does not set any tracking, advertising, or third-party cookies. Our analytics is cookieless by design.

How long we keep your information

Contact-form inquiries that don't result in an appointment are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. For appointments that do happen, the notarial-act record is kept for the length of time required by Georgia notary law (currently 10 years per O.C.G.A. § 45-17-8.1).

Your choices

You can ask us to:

  • Confirm what information we have about you
  • Correct anything inaccurate
  • Delete it, except where Georgia notary law requires us to retain the record of a notarial act

Email us at info@resolutemobilenotary.com for any privacy request.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy occasionally. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be summarized at the top.
